Hi, I am Jasper
I am a full-stack web developer based in Davao City, Philippines. I build the software small and growing Philippine businesses run on every day: HR and payroll systems, sales and operations dashboards, automations that connect their tools, and fast websites that bring in enquiries.
I handle a project from the first written spec to a live server, then keep it running with hosting, backups and safe updates. My clients range from a group of six companies sharing one payroll platform to a print shop, a spa business, a car shop in Japan and a scooter club in Davao City.
I work with businesses in Davao, across Mindanao and nationwide, and with remote clients abroad. I am available for client projects and open to full-time, contract and remote roles.

- Goodly Trading HRIS: an HR, attendance and payroll platform that six companies run their payroll on.
- Sales Monitoring System: daily sales, payables and cash reconciliation for a two-branch spa business.
- C-Press Graphix Ecosystem: an internal hub for a print shop's jobs, quotes, accounting and social posts.
- C-Press Graphix: a hand-coded WordPress site for the same print shop.
- Maveryk31: a bilingual Japanese and English site for a car shop in Japan.
- Vespa Club Davao: a hand-coded website for a scooter club in Davao City.
How I work
I build AI-assisted with Claude Code, and I treat speed as the easy part. Every project starts with the rules written down, keeps its decisions in project notes so the tenth change follows the same logic as the first, and checks each change against real data before it ships. Releases are scripted, with a backup first and checks afterwards. The full process is on how I work.
What I care about
- Software people can trust every day. Payroll that matches the hand computation, sales figures that reconcile, updates that do not log staff out.
- Clear scope and price. You get a written plan and a fixed-scope quote before work starts.
- Plain language. I explain decisions without jargon, the same way I write on the blog.
- Data that stays safe. Role-based logins, audit logs, HTTPS and nightly backups are standard, not extras.
Tools I use
Next.js, React and TypeScript for larger web apps; Node.js, Express and PHP on the server; PostgreSQL, MariaDB and SQLite for data; custom WordPress themes or plain HTML for websites; and Linux servers with Nginx, PM2 and free HTTPS certificates.
